Yes. It is free, with no ads or purchases, and you do not need to sign up or download anything: it runs in your browser.
Can I play offline?
Yes. If you install the app (Add to Home screen) it works without internet. There is also a standalone single-file HTML version.
Can I play it on a TV with the remote?
Yes, on Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV. OK when it turns red. Up to 4 people can play taking turns.
